122. Reuben⁵ BARTON (Caleb⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Oxford, Worcester, MA August 22, 1748. Reuben died 20 January 1838 in Millbury, Worcester, MA, at 89 years of age.

He married Olive JENNISON June 1, 1770 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.⁽¹⁵⁰⁾ Olive was born August 20, 1751 in Sutton, Worcester, MA. Olive was the daughter of Elias JENNISON and Hannah TWIST. Olive died 1835 in Millbury, Worcester, MA, at 83 years of age. Reuben was brought up, as a son, by Richard Singletary of Sutton.

Reuben BARTON and Olive JENNISON had the following children:

297 v. Thankful BARTON was born in Sutton, Worcester, MA June 16, 1777.⁽¹⁵³⁾

+ 298 vi. Silence BARTON was born December 24, 1781.

+ 299 vii. Col John Flavel BARTON was born 31 March 1783.

+ 300 viii. Hannah BARTON was born December 26, 1784.

+ 301 ix. Sarah (Sally) BARTON was born January 15, 1788.

302 x. Joseph Goffe BARTON was born in Sutton, Worcester, MA February 9, 1793.⁽¹⁵⁴⁾ He married Anna WIFE OF JOSEPH BARTON. Anna was born about 1797 in Schnectedy, NY.
