He married Mildred WIFE OF HOMER MINARD about 1901.

In 1918 Homer Nelson Minard registered for the draft in Bridgeport, CT. He was a ship carpenter for the Housitonic Shipbuilding Company in Stratfor CT. He listed as his next of kin daughter Shirley Dean Minard living at 161 South Huntington Avenue in Boston. He also indicated that he was white but there is a checkmark at Indian also.
