761. David⁷ BARTON (Isaac⁶, Isaac⁵, Jedediah⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Ward, MA March 31, 1801. David died 9 October 1845 in Greenfield, Franklin, MA, at 44 years of age.⁽⁸⁹³⁾

He married Olive HORR 26 November 1827 in Greenfield, Franklin, MA. Olive was born circa 1802. Olive was the daughter of Warren HORR and Olive PIERCE. Olive died June 12, 1849 in Greenfield, Franklin, MA, at 46 years of age.⁽⁸⁹⁴⁾

David BARTON and Olive HORR had the following children:

+ 1767 i. Ellen Lovinda⁸ BARTON was born 27 October 1828.

1768 ii. Hannah Maria BARTON was born 30 December 1830.⁽⁸⁹⁵⁾ She married Marquis Harmon STREETER 15 August 1854 in Greenfield, Franklin, MA. Marquis was born about 1829 in Ohio. Marquis was the son of Jason STREETER.

She resided in Denver, CO. Email to the Barton list in February 1998 from Joan Hunter indicates that Hannah and Mark moved to Ohio and then Colorado. In the MA vital records his home when married was Shalersville, Ohio.

1769 iii. Lucy Angelina BARTON was born in Gill, Franklin, MA April 5, 1834.⁽⁸⁹⁶⁾ Lucy died in Shalersville, Portage, OH. She married Elmore HOSTIN 13 May 1857.

1770 iv. Warren David BARTON was born in Greenfield, Franklin, MA 17 August 1838.⁽⁸⁹⁷⁾ He married Julia M. SIGLER 24 November 1887 in Fowler, Trumble, OH. Julia died 8 April 1897 in Girard, OH.

He resided in Ohio.⁽⁸⁹⁸⁾ Warren was listed as the head of a family on the 1900 Census in Fowler, Trumble, OH. Warren was listed as the head of a family on the 1920 Census in Fowler, Trumble, OH. Warren lived in Orangeville,Ohio and was a farmer and blacksmith.

+ 1771 v. Isaac Rich BARTON was born 15 August 1845.
