350. Levi Pierce⁶ BARTON (Jedediah⁵, Edmund⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Sutton, Worcester, MA January 12, 1789.⁽⁴²¹⁾

He married Phebe CLEMENT 4 May 1812 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.⁽⁴²²⁾ Phebe was born 7 October 1792 in Haverhill, Essex, MA. Phebe was the daughter of Moses CLEMENTS and Sarah BAYLEY. Levi was called "of Spencer" in the Haverhill record of their marriage

Levi Pierce BARTON and Phebe CLEMENT had the following children:

836 i. Maria Stone⁷ BARTON was born in Spencer, MA 27 April 1813. Maria died 1889 at 76 years of age. She married Jacob SMITH 1883. Jacob was born 1809. Jacob was the son of Stevens SMITH and Mehitable Dalton TOWLE. Jacob died 1878 at 69 years of age.

837 ii. Joseph C. BARTON was born in PA 1823. Joseph died 29 September 1849 in Worcester, Worcester, MA, at 26 years of age.⁽⁴²³⁾ Joseph was a laborer at his death.
