He married Lydia PIERCE March 23, 1774 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.⁽¹⁷⁶⁾ Lydia was born February 19, 1756 in Sutton, Worcester, MA. Lydia was the daughter of Ebenezer PIERCE and Mary STOWE. Lydia died March 1, 1842 in Millbury, Worcester, MA, at 86 years of age.

Jedediah was listed as the head of a family on the 1790 Census in Sutton, Worcester, MA. Jedediah had his will probated October 4, 1808 in Worcester, Worcester, MA. Jedediah received in 1784 by deed from his father the homestead in that part of Sutton which is now Millbury. He also acquired other lands in Sutton.

Silence BARTON was born in Sutton, Worcester, MA April 22, 1778.⁽¹⁷⁹⁾ Silence died June 9, 1801 in Sutton, Worcester, MA, at 23 years of age.⁽¹⁸⁰⁾ She married Jennison BARTON November 27, 1800 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.⁽¹⁸¹⁾ Jennison was born March 14, 1774 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.⁽¹⁸²⁾ Jennison was the son of Reuben BARTON and Olive JENNISON. Jennison died 18 September 1860 at 86 years of age. He was baptized August 16, 1778 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.⁽¹⁸³⁾ Jennison was listed as the head of a family on the 1850 Census in Holdon, Worcester, MA.
