He married Caroline MCCONNER. Caroline was born about 1819 in Grafton, Worcester, MA. Caroline was the daughter of Horace MCCONNER. Alexander is called a tailor on the death report.

2106 ii. Caroline BARTON was born in Grafton, Worcester, MA 3 October 1847. Caroline died 13 October 1847 in Grafton, Worcester, MA, at less than one year of age.
