He married Joyce I. HEFFER. Joyce was born about 1905 in NY.

Ralph was listed as the head of a household on the 1930 census in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, CA. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Dorothy Joyce BARTON (daughter); Bernice Irene BARTON (daughter); Joyce I. HEFFER (wife).
