She married Larned POWERS April 7, 1836 in Newport, Sullivan, NH.⁽¹¹⁰¹⁾ Larned was born 20 April 1808 in Croydon, Sullivan, NH. Larned was the son of Col Samuel POWERS and Chloe COOPER.

Ruby Metcalf BARTON and Larned POWERS had the following children:

+ 2112 i. Caroline Matilda⁹ POWERS was born 4 NOV 1837.

2113 ii. Erastus Barton POWERS was born in Cornish, Sullivan, NH 1840. He married Emma F. BESSE. Emma was the daughter of David BESSE and Emma KNOWLTON.

2114 iii. Alice Victoria POWERS was born in Cornish, Sullivan, NH 1846.

2115 iv. Samuel Leland POWERS was born in Cornish, Sullivan, NH 26 October 1848.
